Performed once major construction is complete but before final finishes.

Scope of Work:

- Remove construction debris, dust, and trash

- Sweep and vacuum floors using shop vacs

- Remove labels and stickers from windows, appliances, and fixtures

- Wipe down walls, doors, and baseboards

- Clean out cabinets and closets

- Clean inside/outside of windows and sliding doors

- Dust ceiling fans, vents, and light fixtures

- Wipe countertops and surfaces

Performed after all trades are complete and before client walk-through or occupancy.

Scope of Work:

- Detail clean all surfaces, floors, fixtures, and glass

- Deep vacuum and mop of all rooms

- Remove paint, caulk, and adhesive residue

- Polish stainless steel and glass surfaces

- Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms

- Clean light switches, outlets, and vents

- Wipe doors, frames, and trim

- Final inspection with client or site supervisor

For final presentation, inspections, or after trades re-enter post-final clean.

Scope of Work:

- Light dusting and polishing

- Spot cleaning of glass, floors, and surfaces

- Final vacuum and trash removal
